Vitamin C and Your Immune System

Did you know.....

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for a healthy immune system response.


While we all try and consume sufficient amounts of nutrient enriched fruit & veg into our bodies, we sometimes need that "extra" boost.


One simple way to get an extra boost of nutrients is in juices or soups.

Some main ingredients are

Citrus Fruits

Capsicum

Broccoli

Garlic

Ginger

Spinach

Yogurt

Almonds

Turmeric

Green Tea

Kiwi &

Sunflower Seeds

Mix and match... Use the above ingredients with other favourite ingredients in your house.
